Zen Dragon Kickboxing - Yoga
Zack began his martial arts journey at the age of 3. Since then he has trained in different styles of martial arts such as Tang Soo Do, wrestling, Western Boxing, Kick Boxing, Tat Ma Wong Kung Fu, Sanda (Chinese kickboxing), Krav Maga, Wing Chun, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Wushu, Hawaiian Kempo, Muay Thai, Ju Jitsu, Judo and karate. Additionally, he also trained in gymnastics as a child and studied dance for several years before competing in styles such as hip hop, break dancing and ballet.
What supports Zack being a life-long dedicated martial artist and dancer is his extensive knowledge of the human body. Zack completed a two year course at Branford Hall as a personal trainer and is a 200+ hour yoga teacher from the Kripalu School of Yoga and Ayurveda. He has competed in wrestling, Jiu Jitsu and karate, fought in Israel and China and trained with Shaolin monks at a Shaolin Temple.
Zack has a deep love for teaching, a passion for passing on martial wisdon and a laugh that is infectious! Whether you're coming for classes in yoga, kickboxing, or a private session of either, you can begin at any skill level. He will meet you where you are comfortable and give you the tools you need to help you sculpt your own masterpiece.
